Job Description
Fidelity Vacancies is recruiting an experienced Operational Manager to oversee security operations at a high-profile site. Reporting to the Site Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring effective deployment of Security Officers, strict adherence to site-specific security requirements, and the consistent delivery of professional services that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled in line with client requirements
• Maintain strong client relationships and uphold service excellence
• Continuously assess service delivery and recommend improvements
• Oversee and manage the performance of all security personnel
• Handle all operational and administrative responsibilities effectively
• Liaise regularly with branch management on operational matters
• Compile and submit weekly and monthly incident and operational reports

Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate
• PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the security industry
• Proven experience in people management and leadership
• Previous managerial experience is essential
• Strong background in casino and hospitality security management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
• Willingness to work extended hours when required
