Flink is looking for a highly experienced Senior Corporate Travel Consultant to join our vibrant team. If you excel in a fast-moving setting, are passionate about delivering outstanding service, and have extensive expertise in corporate travel coordination, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Travel Management: Arrange flights, accommodations, ground transport, visas, and insurance for corporate clients.
- Client Advisory: Offer expert advice on travel documentation, duty of care, and travel insurance policies.
- Compliance & SLA Adherence: Ensure all travel plans align with service agreements and company policies.
- Problem Solving: Manage travel disruptions and client concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Technology Use: Leverage Amadeus, Travel Port, Quick Trav, and Microsoft Office Suite for seamless bookings and record-keeping.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in corporate travel management.
- Proficiency in Amadeus, Travel Port, and Quick Trav.
- Strong knowledge of global geography and domestic/international fare regulations.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-focused, and a strong team collaborator.
