About the Role

Pep Vacancies is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead store operations and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining high store standards. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, manage store operations efficiently, and lead a motivated team to deliver a world-class shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high store standards.
• Ensure the store image is always well maintained, including merchandising and promotional displays.
• Manage stock effectively and ensure promotions are implemented correctly.
• Minimise stock losses by maintaining a strong store culture and following all security, stock, and cash handling procedures.
• Control store costs by supporting the company’s low-cost culture and improving operational efficiency.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately according to company guidelines.
• Lead and develop a dynamic team through training, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the store.

Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Proficiency in English.
• A diploma or degree in a business or retail-related field will be advantageous.
• 1–2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, will be beneficial.
