Purpose of the Role
Provide customers with cellular products and services, ensuring their needs are met while driving the profitability of the Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual contract targets to maximize the Business Unit’s profitability.
• Promote contract products to customers, increasing both value and revenue.
• Manage contract applications efficiently, following all required processes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a customer-centric approach.
• Demonstrate effective self-management and collaborate seamlessly within the team.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate.
• 1–2 years of retail industry experience.
• Knowledge of contract services products.
• Risk management awareness.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Skills & Knowledge

• Management Information Systems.
• Experience with SAP Systems, Vodacom C3D, M2, MTN Ilula & OMS, Telkom CRM, AVS, PayJoy & Vumatel.
• Credit services sales acumen.
• In-depth understanding of IC policies, practices, processes, and procedures.
• Familiarity with IC Business Operating Model.
• Ethical responsibility and integrity.
• Teamwork and collaboration.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Attention to detail and professionalism.
• Telephone etiquette.
• Target-driven mindset.
