About the Program:

As a Store Manager at Pep, you will lead your store to achieve sales targets, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and uphold world-class store standards. You will manage stock, costs, and administrative processes while developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales through exceptional customer service, effective stock management, and successful promotional execution.
• Minimise stock loss by fostering a strong store culture and following security, stock, and cash handling procedures.
• Control costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture by implementing operational efficiencies.
• Ensure administrative tasks are completed according to company guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and train your team of Dynamos to achieve performance and development goals.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping across the store.

Job Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Proficient in English.
• Tertiary qualification (degree/diploma) in business or retail-related field is an advantage.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a retail leadership role preferred.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite).
