About the Role

Pep Vacancies is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead store operations and drive strong sales performance. The successful candidate will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high store standards, and managing a motivated team to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Increase sales by focusing on excellent customer service and maintaining world-class store standards.
• Maintain the store image through proper merchandising, stock control, and effective promotional implementation.
• Reduce stock losses by promoting a strong store culture and following all security, stock handling, and cash management procedures.
• Control store costs by supporting the company’s low-cost culture and improving operational efficiencies.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed according to company policies and guidelines.
• Lead, train, and coach a dynamic team while managing performance and development.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping within the store.

Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Proficiency in English.
• A diploma or degree in a business or retail-related field will be advantageous.
• 1–2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, will be an advantage.
