About the Program:
Tekkie Town is looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing team and drive the success of CODE! This role focuses on implementing, tracking, and optimising marketing campaigns across all digital channels while enhancing the brand’s online presence, including website management. You will work closely with the CODE and Speciality Central Marketing teams to strengthen the brand’s digital footprint through strategic execution and creative thinking.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing coordination or a similar role
  • Proven knowledge of Search, Display, Meta, Instagram, Email Marketing, and digital analytics
  • Experience in website management, product uploads, and timeline coordination (Shopify experience advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels (Meta, Google, TikTok), including campaign objectives and performance evaluation
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and ability to interpret key metrics
  • Familiarity with Brandwatch and social media scheduling tools
  • Experience coordinating direct marketing campaigns (SMS, email, UTM tracking)
  • Ability to manage agency relationships and coordinate deliverables within deadlines
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute organic social media content strategies and manage ongoing community engagement
  • Monitor and respond to customer interactions promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with Paid Media and Central Digital teams to align campaign strategy and execution
  • Coordinate integrated campaign content across social, digital, and e-commerce channels
  • Oversee e-commerce content management, including product listings, images, and descriptions
  • Analyse and report campaign performance with actionable insights
  • Maintain accurate marketing campaign trackers to support reporting and decision-making
  • Support Direct Marketing initiatives through briefing, content distribution, and stakeholder coordination
  • Ensure the front-end loyalty programme website is accurate and up to date
