Introduction

Fidelity Security Guarding is seeking highly experienced Senior Specialist Security Officers to join the team in Vanderbijlpark. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure strict adherence to all site-specific security requirements while delivering professional, efficient, and client-focused security services at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong and professional relationships between Fidelity Security Services Group and clients
• Monitor and evaluate service delivery standards, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
• Conduct ongoing risk assessments of client premises and implement measures to minimize security threats
• Control and monitor access points to reduce potential risks and enhance overall site security
• Ensure all Security Officers comply with contractual and operational requirements
• Supervise and manage on-site security personnel, addressing queries and concerns promptly
• Uphold high standards of discipline, performance, and professionalism across all operations

Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate
• PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a security supervisory role
• Clean criminal record with no pending cases
• Valid Code 8 driver’s license
• Firearm competency for business purposes (minimum of two calibers)
• Own reliable transport
• Willingness to work shifts as required
