Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop strong, in-depth knowledge of our products
• Educate clients on the features and benefits of our products
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Demonstrate motivation and determination to succeed

Package & Remuneration

• Guaranteed monthly earnings
• Uncapped commission
• Weekly and monthly incentives

Required Skills

• Telesales: 1–2 years
• Objection Handling: up to 1 year
• Outbound Sales: 1–2 years

Candidate Requirements

• Matric certificate / NQF Level 4
• Minimum 1 year of call centre sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, self-driven, and focused on client satisfaction
