Job Description

Purpose of the Role:
The Security Site Manager is responsible for ensuring that all site-specific security requirements are met and that client needs are delivered efficiently and professionally at all times. The role reports to the Operations Manager and oversees the management and supervision of all security personnel on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong client relations and ensure high-quality security services are delivered
• Continuously evaluate service levels and provide recommendations for improvement
• Conduct regular assessments of client premises to minimize risks and enhance security measures
• Audit and verify access registers daily and generate exception reports
• Ensure all Security Officers meet contractual requirements set by the client
• Manage and supervise security staff, addressing queries and operational issues promptly
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to clients and management
• Manage operational-level business budgets effectively

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric certificate
• PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in security supervision
• Experience in Quality Management Systems
• NOSA/ISO safety training
• Firearm training and competency, with a clean criminal record
• Thorough knowledge of the Firearm Act
• Previous staff supervision experience
• Computer literate
• Code 8 driver’s license

• Ability to work shifts and conduct after-hours site visits
• Analytical and detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving skills
