Key Responsibilities
- Perform risk and control assessments across financial and operational processes
- Evaluate process design and identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct integrated audits and risk-based process audits
- Execute control design testing, effectiveness testing, and substantive testing, including analytical reviews
- Prepare clear and comprehensive audit reports
- Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely resolution and implementation of recommendations
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree
- Professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is advantageous
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Internal Audit
- Proven ability to manage audit timelines and deliverables from start to finish
- Strong exposure to business processes and the ability to perform independent, end-to-end risk-based audits
- Experience auditing finance departments or financial processes is advantageous
- Retail and Internal Audit experience within a similar environment will be beneficial
