About the Program:

Job Purpose:
To provide efficient, accurate, and friendly service at the point of sale, ensuring smooth store operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute all operational activities at the point of sale promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy when scanning merchandise and processing payments, including clubcard rewards.
• Handle cash safely and responsibly at all times.
• Promote the Clicks ClubCard and enroll new members to achieve participation targets.
• Inform customers of promotions to boost sales and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Deliver superior customer service by acting as a visible brand ambassador and offering friendly, professional assistance.
• Perform merchandising and housekeeping duties according to store and visual standards.
• Support Clicks’ vision of being the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer by living and driving company values.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.

• Basic maths and numerical calculations
• Retail/FMCG experience with understanding of merchandising and promotions
