About the Program:

Job Purpose:
To provide efficient, accurate, and friendly service at the point of sale, ensuring smooth store operations while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute all point of sale operational activities promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accuracy when scanning merchandise and processing payments, including managing ClubCard rewards.
• Ensure the safe handling of cash at all times.
• Promote the Clicks ClubCard and enroll new members to achieve participation targets.
• Inform customers of promotions to enhance sales and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Deliver superior customer service by acting as a visible brand ambassador and providing friendly, professional assistance.
• Perform merchandising and housekeeping tasks according to store and visual standards.
• Support Clicks’ vision of being the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer by embodying and promoting company values.
• Stay up-to-date on products, ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate customer information.

Knowledge:

• Basic maths and numerical calculations
• Retail/FMCG experience with understanding of merchandising and promotions
