About the Program:
Job Purpose:
To provide expert guidance and exceptional service to customers, helping them select the best beauty and skincare products while driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers, answer product-related questions, and advise on products and services that meet their needs.
- Promote, cross-sell, and up-sell products to drive sales and consistently achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor sales performance, evaluate product offerings, and provide suggestions to improve selection and increase revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with beauty products, trends, ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate customer information.
- Execute all operational activities within the beauty department, including stock management, minimizing shrinkage, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and administration.
- Ensure in-store visual merchandising, presentation, and promotional standards are consistently maintained.
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering friendly, professional, and visible customer service.
- Promote the Clicks ClubCard and enroll new members to achieve participation targets.
- Increase profitability and brand loyalty by promoting private label and exclusive products.
- Support Clicks’ vision of being the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer by living and driving company values.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Essential: Grade 12
- Desirable: Relevant Beauty or Skincare qualification
- Desirable: Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, sales, or marketing environments
Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge and application of selling principles
- Retail/FMCG background with understanding of merchandising and promotions
- Stock management skills
- Customer service excellence
- Knowledge of beauty and skincare products
