Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pricing strategies for new and existing life insurance products.
- Develop and maintain technical pricing models to ensure profitability and market competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional pricing standards.
- Review and approve new or updated product pricing structures.
- Contribute to deal structuring and negotiation for optimal business outcomes.
- Present complex technical insights clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor the Pricing team, including guidance for Junior Analysts.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Nearly or newly qualified Actuary (FASSA or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- Successfully completed F103 (General Insurance) or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of financial services experience, with expertise in life insurance pricing.
- Leadership or team management experience is advantageous.
