Job Overview:
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager SecureDrive to manage client relationships and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves overseeing the client account, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring all service delivery standards are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met
- Address queries related to the tracking portal, fitments, repairs, stolen vehicle recoveries, and other account issues
- Manage issues with both internal teams and external customers
- Prepare and present reports to clients and support internal reporting requirements
- Maintain and regularly reconcile the client database, addressing anomalies promptly
- Oversee day-to-day operations including new fitments, repairs, de-installations, and reinstallations
- Ensure all customer branches have marketing materials and training to promote tracking units effectively
- Train relevant personnel on fleet portal, app, and other product features
- Conduct regular health checks on units, identifying those requiring repair
- Ensure all FSD staff on client premises are well-presented, punctual, productive, and meet quality standards
- Implement controls over stock and SIM cards related to the account
- Plan and update systems for new fitments and ensure correct vehicle information is recorded
- Remove de-installed or deactivated units from all systems and billing processes
- Support timely collection of outstanding invoices
- Process additional billing requirements as per SLA agreements
- Assist with stock forecasting and budgeting
- Ensure all work is executed according to company policies and procedures
- Source and acquire new B2B and SME business through ongoing prospecting
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar account management role preferred
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Prior experience in telematics is advantageous
