Overview of the Role

The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of people, property, and assets. This role involves maintaining a secure environment through active monitoring, patrolling, and strict adherence to established security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols to safeguard premises and assets
• Monitor and control access at entry and exit points
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and incident reports
• Perform safeguarding duties in line with company standards
• Complete all required registers and documentation accurately
• Execute all standard security duties as per training and procedures

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum Grade 10 qualification
• Grade C accreditation and registration
• At least 2 years’ experience within the security industry
• Clear criminal record
• Willingness to undergo regular criminal checks
• Good physical fitness
• Reside within the area of deployment

• Ability to follow instructions accurately and consistently
