Job Description
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a highly experienced and professional Senior Security Supervisor to lead and manage security operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of personnel, protection of assets, and effective supervision of security teams through strong leadership and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security personnel to ensure effective protection of property and individuals
• Develop, implement, and maintain security procedures in line with company standards and industry best practices
• Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with relevant authorities when required
• Train, mentor, and support security staff to enhance performance and capability
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members
• Ensure compliance with all security policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate
• Valid PSIRA registration (Grade A or B)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in security operations
• At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management systems
• Valid security certification or licence
