Job Description
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a highly organised and proactive Security Operations Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and ensure efficient service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising security personnel, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of security officers to ensure effective service delivery
• Ensure all officers are properly trained and adhere to safety and operational procedures
• Communicate clearly with team members and management on operational matters
• Follow and implement instructions accurately while relaying information to staff
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and incident documentation
• Monitor staff performance and address any operational issues promptly

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Grade B driver’s licence
• Proven supervisory experience within a security environment
• Computer literacy, including the use of GPS systems
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and shifts as required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, honest, and self-motivated
