Job Description
Pepkor is recruiting a driven and results-focused Area Growth Manager to lead the expansion of the Flash footprint within a designated region. This role is responsible for accelerating device sales, increasing market penetration, and driving overall revenue growth across all assigned sales channels. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and ensuring consistent execution of business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the expansion of the Flash footprint across all assigned sales channels
  • Increase Flash device sales to grow regional turnover and market presence
  • Boost acquiring base and revenue by ensuring high adoption rates during device placements
  • Deliver growth across all devices and payment channels in line with strategic targets
  • Conduct in-store training on Flash products during every visit to enhance product usage
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring a minimum 90% Red Flag call completion to reduce churn
  • Support and manage kiosk operations in line with established structures and standards
  • Maintain effective relationships with all kiosk stakeholders within the region
  • Ensure accuracy of trader databases through mapping and geo-location activities
  • Provide regular feedback, insights, and detailed performance reporting

Minimum Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in sales or field operations
  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Excel
  • Valid driver’s license
