About the Role
As Manager: Digital Solutions at FlySafair, you will lead the delivery of robust, scalable, and optimised enterprise systems that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and support digital transformation. By leveraging data, performance metrics, and analytics, you will guide continuous improvement and ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value.
This role also involves leading a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and problem-solving, while collaborating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners to deliver sustainable and scalable digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver scalable and optimised enterprise systems to support business growth and innovation.
- Drive system optimisation, integrations, automation, and digital initiatives.

Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent (essential).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (essential).
- Postgraduate qualification in a related field (advantageous).
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT, including at least 3 years in a managerial role (essential).
- Proven experience in systems architecture, integration, and automation (essential).
- Aviation industry experience (advantageous).
