About the Program:

As a Store Manager at Pep, you will drive sales, elevate customer experiences, and ensure your store operates at world-class standards. You will lead a dynamic team, manage stock and costs efficiently, and maintain the store’s image, safety, and overall operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales through exceptional customer service, stock management, promotional implementation, and maintaining world-class store standards.
• Minimise stock loss by fostering a healthy store culture and following security, stock, and cash handling procedures.
• Manage costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture by identifying and implementing operational efficiencies.
• Oversee administrative duties, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and develop your team of Dynamos, ensuring performance and training goals are achieved.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping throughout the store.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English.
• Tertiary qualification (degree/diploma) in business or retail-related field is an advantage.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a retail leadership role preferred.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite).
